From what I understand they (Arnold & Mario) come from two very different parts of the globe but their accents and looks have a lot in common (you might have to use your imagination).

The concept is: your local businesses don’t have a web presence. For a monthly fee of $xxx to $xx,xxx per month you give them a local web-presence (think Google Local Listing). It really is one of the fastest ways to make a LOT of money as an Internet Marketer (I know from experience) and it is not just something newbies are doing.
